Millstone Bangert, Inc. and its predecessors have been building the Midwest's infrastructure since before World War II. From the recently replaced Busch Stadium to the Lambert St. Louis International Airport's new $75 million runway, the Millstone and Bangert names have been synonymous with quality and superior service to the traveling public. Be it closing down a section of interstate highway for 100 days to get it re-built and opened early or shutting down a major airport runway for a weekend to remove and replace 5,000 cubic yards of concrete, Millstone Bangert is up to the challenge.
People depend on the roads, bridges and runways they use every day. Millstone Bangert will provide an un-paralleled level of quality in a way that creates the least inconvenience to those who need to get from one place to another. We are here to serve the public – not make life miserable.
Millstone Bangert has been involved in some of the largest and most complex highway and sewer projects in the St. Louis metropolitan area over the past 50 years. The company re-built a 6-mile section of Hwy. 40 through the Chesterfield Valley a year ahead of schedule. Major bridge renovations on I-70 over the Missouri River and Hwy. 40 @ Vandeventer Avenue have been completed ahead of schedule and with less traffic disruption than anticipated. We also build bridges for local subdivision developers. If you need it built, we're the answer.
In 1997, the land around the intersection of Rte. 370 and Elm Street in St. Charles County was flood-prone farm ground. It's now Fountain Lakes Commerce Center – a 250-acre mixed-use commercial development - and 150 acres of park land for the city of St. Charles. Making nothing into something is what Millstone Bangert does.
Millstone Bangert has done work at airports throughout the Unites States. The company has done the majority of the runway and taxiway work at Lambert St. Louis International Airport since 1975. In addition, it has done major work in Denver, Little Rock, Garden City, Kansas and at Spirit of St. Louis and Creve Coeur airports. No airport job is too big or small for Millstone Bangert.
